Stacie Housholder

Stacie's diverse background includes serving as an associate professor of nursing at the University of Saint Francis from 2017 to 2021. She has spent the past five years with Parkview Physicians Group, where she developed and expanded telehealth services through Parkview Virtual Health. Her leadership was instrumental during the COVID-19 pandemic, and she went on to establish school virtual visits and other vital telehealth programs. In 2019, Stacie founded Lifehouse Clinic, a free clinic in Fort Wayne, Indiana that provides essential services to underserved communities. This initiative reflects her commitment to addressing social determinants of health and empowering all individuals to take control of their well-being.

Stacie is married and has eight children, and she cherishes every moment spent with her family. She enjoys spending time at the lake, playing golf, attending events of their children, and enjoys visiting their older children in Evansville and at the United States Naval Academy.

She is also deeply committed to her profession and has served as a regional representative and continues to hold active membership for the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana. She is also active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Currently, Stacie is completing her certification and licensing in Functional Medicine. She eagerly anticipates guiding patients on their health journeys, providing personalized care, innovative technology, and community education programs to empower individuals to lead their healthiest lives.
